「Welcoming and accommodating」

「The property was quiet and the bed comfortable. It looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 60's. Everything in the room was dated and in need of replacement/repair. When you cant close the door to use the toilet, it was not impressive.We would have checked out had we not paid for it. The description was false and there was no way the reality matched what they tried to sell.」

「This is a nice place to visit the restaurant is very chilax and the staff are great .Good food and wine also has a bakery you don’t want to miss. The room was basic but exactly what was I saw in the photos ,it was very clean and we got a good breakfast. We will be here again.」

「Clean. Great view. Safe, good Parking for single car. No microwave in room and no staff at on-site office. Location is lovely and quiet but not within walking distance to the restaurants or services. Very long walk to somewhere with lake access. No pool on site. Furniture is warn and old.」

「This is a beautiful resort. It was quiet and not very crowded. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful without exception. The rooms were comfortable and our bed was comfortable too. It is somewhat isolated but Osoyoos is small so we were 5 minutes drive from all manner of shopping. Parking is underground in a parkade which was handy and secure. Our only surprise was that we could not bring our drinks to the beach or pool area as these areas are considered part of the lounge and only...

「Stayed for four nights in a corner room on the top floor. Incredible views! So nice to be directly on the lake with a private beach. Room was clean. This is an older motel that is being renovated. I liked the no carpets and loved the balcony with two chairs and a table. Kitchen had the basic necessities including a cook top. Cabinet doors and baseboards were falling off. Great BBQ space! I would definitely come back!」

「I booked through Expedia and room was described incorrectly on Expedia’s site. They did end up giving me an upgrade to a room with a kitchen which I thought I already booked. First room I was given had drywall up, not painted and no face plates on light switches. The new room with the kitchen was great. Staff was also very nice.」
