Staff brilliantly secured check-in in spite of in-house (temporary) IT issues. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Special thanks to 'virtual check-in man' on check-in. Special thanks also to 'cleaner lady' on check-out for effective communication skills. It was the best of city centre living.

Location was very central, within walking distance from the bus and train station. The communication with the host was clear and prompt.the kitchen was well equipped and we had a washing machine which was a big bonus.
