"Location is very central for Zagreb to see the main sights. However it is located within pedestrian only streets, so drop off is not at hotel entrance. Fortunately our arranged driver knew where to drop us nearby 100m with hotel sign in view and I managed to get the hotel porter to help us with our large bags. Many nice restaurants around area. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly and checking in was efficiently done. The room we had was large, clean but furniture looks dated. Breakfast was quite average."

"Never ate at hotel, but can't say enough about staff ar front desk.Was having trouble with new sim card and they worked for hrs to help me receive my emails where all my itinery was..Hotel was lovely snd they upgraded me without asking.Would definitely recommend and great location.Can walk everywhere. "The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. You can drive directly to the hotel with your car, and the helpful staff takes care of your luggage and of your car. And the hotel has an excellent restaurant, YEZI, which serves amazing food."
