「The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

「I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

「Clean and spacious room for the price. Service is good and the free shuttle (every 20 min) to and from airport is a definite key advantage as we have heavy luggage. Free travel pass makes travelling to Geneva town center stress-free - bus and trams stops are only a few mins walk away.」

「乾淨客房」

「很靠近機場，環境很好。適合不想趕路的人。nice service」

「The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay.」

「地理非常好 房間很漂亮」

「The blackout curtain helps a lot. Breakfast is western style. It is simple, but good enough. The shuttle bus is great.I took it from the airport and the airport for shopping at the supermarket near the train station (at the same area as the airport). The staff is all helpful and enthusiastic.」

「Definitely worth the drive to stay there. Beautiful property and a a top notch staff.」

「Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good.」
