I expected better from a Hilton. When I checked in, I was shocked to find that the bed didn’t even have sheets—just a mattress cover with a flat sheet thrown on top and a duvet tossed on, also with no cover, just another flat sheet on top. I called the front desk and nobody answered. The Hotel was very crowded with multiple Groups and Organizations in town, but I at a minimum, expect sheets The rest of the room was average; the shower vibrated and made an ungodly noise when in use as well. Definitely not the level of service I’m used to with Marriott, not sure I’ll jump on the Hilton bandwagon again, ESPECIALLY considering the price.
