「Comfy bed and clean. Nice place!」

「Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!」

「They kept calling up to my room saying someone was complaining about the noise in my room when all I was doing is watching tv and on the phone then I had to check out early….it felt like people」

「We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl」

「No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. 」

「The property was without power for hours. No elevator during this time. Unfortunate but would have appreciated some kind of accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. Blood on pillow join arrival.」

「The room has two beds which were both placed off center of the room. The left bed only had one foot of room between the left wall and bed to access the left side of bed. The right bed had over five feet of room between the right side of the right bed and the right wall. The two beds should be placed centered in the room to allow easy access to both sides of both beds. The walls between the rooms need much better soundproofing.
