"The room smelt like mildew, there were stains on the bathroom floor and burn marks on the mirrior. The elevator did not work. My wife had surgery and had to go up and down stairs. When i was told there were no ground rooms open. But there were plenty available. The person next to us was smoking pot outside our room. The check in person did not know the area. Overal this place sucks. "

"It was short stay, but it was a very nice experience. I use to stay there some years ago when visiting home, and I really loved the new upgraded rooms. Kudos to Clarissa for making our check in and stay so welcoming. We most definitely will stay again next time we are back in Hgn. "

"Absolutely terrible experience. This place feels less like a hotel and more like a towing scam operation disguised as one. The customer service is awful. The staff are not openly rude, but they constantly play dumb whenever there is a serious problem to resolve. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. My vehicle was towed while I was literally checking into the hotel. I ended up paying almost $300 to get it back; and that was supposedly after a “discount.” Their system is ridiculous. They require you to place a small parking card on the dashboard to show you are a guest, BUT they only give you the card after you complete check-in. Meanwhile, the towing company is apparently circling the parking lot like vultures waiting to snatch vehicles before guests even finish registering. There is absolutely no common sense involved. No one checks whether the owner is inside checking in. No courtesy call. No warning. Nothing. If the card is not on the dashboard immediately, they tow you; even if you are actively becoming a paying customer. And the hotel staff could not care less. They act like this happens every day and like it is somehow your fault. Honestly, it feels like the hotel and towing company are working together to squeeze money out of guests. I have never seen such predatory treatment of customers in my life. Avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined and your wallet emptied before you even get to your room. "

"Water in room only was ever tepid. Sink wouldn't get cold and shower never really hot. The bathroom door threshold had tacks sticking out. Couldn't unplug bright night stand clock. Smoke detector had bright blinking light on it. Walls kind of thin. Bfast was not great. Stayed 3 nights and never got housekeeping. Will stay elsewhere next time. Staff were only nice part."

"This Motel 6 is very basic for a $70 USD stay. We went there because the hotel we usually use, which includes breakfast and a king bed, closes check-in early. The double bed was small, the pillows were extremely thin, small, and flat, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The whole floor was incredibly hot because of the ice machines, which were also very noisy. There was no breakfast, only coffee in the morning. The bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom and missing pieces. The plastic bathtub was very old, damaged, and didn’t even have a drain stopper. For two people, they only provided two hand-sized towels and one tiny hand towel about 5 inches wide, plus one small bar of soap. How am I supposed to wash my hair with that?"
