Excellent hotel to stay in. I booked the hotel after arriving to Incheon and a couple of hours later i had checked in. Nice room, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely adored this hotel. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. I was shocked at all the accessories and amenities you are given: TV with Netflix; large and medium bath towels; water and juice; hair brush and comb; setting spray; makeup removal and face wash packages. Basically, you won't need anything as it is provided here for you. And, Dongam station is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so you only have to take one train from the airport, straight to the hotel with no transfers or difficulty of finding the property

o lugar é bom, o problema é a localização para quem quer visitar seoul! e o tempo de deslocamento. sem falar no sistema de metro de seoul Muito longe... e é bem chato e bem complicado deslocar. Os trens mudam de direcção em determinadas estações e temos que fazer baldeação, (aviso só em coreano, voce nem sabe o que esta acontecendo... ) o que me fez perder o ultimo trem algumas vezes e ter que pagar 40 euros de taxi cada vez. nao recomendo ficar neste local a menos que voce alugue um carro... e se voce pensa que ir e voltar vai ser pratico, por estar perto da estaçao, esqueça. a demora é tanta e ter que voltar para o hotel cedo porque os trens param as 0:00, acaba com os seus passeios... recomendo ficar dentro do espaço de seoul. ate porque em incheon o climate passe nao funcion!. outro erro que cometi! me custou muito mais que dinheiro, foi tempo e cansaço entre trocas de trens e estaçoes. O hotel é bom e funcional, mas vale a pena ficar em SEOUL e pagar mais caro pela localizaçao e facilidade de locomoçao

スタッフも親しみやすく英語で対応できてよかったです。 日本語が通じたらもっとよかったです。 テレビの操作が出来なかったのが残念でした。

日本語が出来るスタッフはいませんでしたがスマホの翻訳アプリ等でコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれたのが有難かったです。 あと空港の送迎をしてくれるサービスに関して服装等伝えるためメッセージを送りましたがメッセージが当日返ってこず、空港にもいなかったため結局自力でホテルまで行かざるをえませんでした。 料金も元々言われていた値段と違いました。 あとホテルの場所が交通の便が悪いので観光するのに時間がかかります。ラブホテル街？のようですのでその辺も気になる人は考えた方がいいかもしれないです。

駅近、親切でした。ただ、仁川空港へのアクセスは複雑。自家用車出してくれますが60.000w 洗濯は10.000wでやってくれるようです。
