「My stay (booked 5 months earlier) was cancelled the morning of my arrival at Bremen (for an exhibition) by NUMA…even if I had double checked again 2 days earlier of my arrival (directly with NUMA CS) my booking with NUMA confirmation ref!!!. They told me « sorry, call Expedia for support » Scandalous situation when all city is fully booked for the exhibition.
