「I don’t usually leave bad reviews but unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. The staff were nice and the breakfast was okay. The location was also great, right beside the ancient city. However, the overall cleanliness was not great. I have travelled to 40+ countries and this is probably the least clean hotel I have ever seen. The kettle was completely full of mould, you would get extremely unwell if anyone was to use it. I have never seen anything like it in my life. And the pool...

「The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here.」

「The room and facilities were excellent, especially for the price. However, there was one incident that astonished me. I was eating breakfast and they have a few cats that wander around the dining area. One of them jumped onto where the buffet is and started eating the cheese and meats. Somebody called one of the staff over, and he removed the cat and put it outside, but he just left the food that the cat was eating where it was for other guests to eat.」
