It is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Staff are fantastic and cant do enough for you. Rooms are very basic however enough for what you need. Would definately stay again.

I stayed as a solo female visitor for 4 weeks and felt completely safe. I used the 25tl shuttle to get around anywhere. Its off the main busy area so quiet of a night but easy to get to on the bus. Highly recommended

Worth the paid price

That is a nice place and worth the price. Personnal is very attentive. They just need to improve a bit the amenities given for shower. The room is very big, pool is ok. The hotel is 5 min drive away from the beach. At night it is silent as there is notw amany thing around which is positive so that one can have a good sleep.

Nice comfortable stay at Mavi Pansiyon

I had a really pleasant two day stay in Mavi Pansiyon. The room was very nicely decorated and I had a comfortable sleep. It was fairly quiet in the resort due to the time of the year but I actually prefer that. The restaurant was closed but I had breakfast on one of the days in a small cafe and restaurant a bit further down Fener cd on the same side, named "Cayhan". It was really good and the best selection for a Turkish breakfast that I had anywhere on my holiday. Mehmet who runs it is very friendly. Hope to be back some time to see more of the area as I was short on time, this time.

Really helpful staff

We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again

Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean apartment but downstairs, no balcony, view was not great. We were unable to leave the power on when we were out of apartment, so washing our cloths had to be done when we were there as there is a sign stating a €20 fine for leaving power on when out. Not happy with that. We also got a power cut the day we were leaving, no notice. Lasted about 2 hours, no running water, no toilet, no shower. We were offered the use of complex area but it was across the road and inconvenient as we getting ready to leave. Bit remote if want to get into town with a family - get a taxi. Dolmus 10min walk suitable for 2 people, not family with kids, can get crowded. Small shops close by, food drinks etc. The floor in the outdoor restaurant / pool area has a few steps that are easy to miss / disguised if your new to the complex. My partner and I both tripped on the steps but nothing to serious, thankfully. Be great if the steps were fully highlighted especially in the evening time when the light is dim. The pool area is quite compact and the sunbeds in direct sunlight get taken quickly especially by visitors not staying at the complex. Few people staying at the complex so it was generally quiet except for day visitors . The sunbed plastic covers could do with a clean, some had stains and surface water on them. A polite woman gave us hygiene wipes to clean our chosen sunbeds. Overall we might stay there again, but a bit small and compact and remote for us.

Great value for money

Great value for money, spacious poolside room,with air conditioning can be noisy but this is highlighted in room description.Lovely friendly hospitable owner, extensive menu available all day and night decent prices and good portions, comfortable beds but pillows are very uncomfortable, purchased one at supermarket and slept very well.Room cleaning could be more thorough both for arrival and during stay ,towels were changed daily and some could do with replacing as hard, grey and threadbare , but these points are observations and not complaints, which wouldn’t stop me from staying again as the good points outweigh the bad, lovely pool area with plenty sun beds but pool can become slippery especially at steps if unaware , I fell the first time I went to go in , overall a great wee resort , great value .

Not a good option for families.

For a family of 5 (incl. 3 kids), we were taken to a regular flat in a nearby residential building. 2 main complains: Bathroom is tiny and ill-equipped, with black mold in the shower and around the sink; the shower is really tiny and the door does not close properly without maneuvering. Second is the layout of the air conditioning units, which face the sleeping beds or are right above them, so you have the choice of sleeping and waking up sick, or not sleeping because of the heat. This bistro is not setup to be a hotel per se; they emailed me the same afternoon to say that there was a problem with my CC, while the reservation showed "collect at property". Why would they try to collect prior? IDK. Overall, it was not a good value for the money at all.
