「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「we stayed at the Ramada Noumea for 7x nights, the first night we decide to have dinner at the restaurant as our flight was a late arrival. unfortunately the restaurant was booked out... the staff could not recommond us an alternative place to go. 「1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」
