「Efficient and friendly staff from the office in Noumea to the hotel on the island, very well organised transfer, beautiful bungalow over the water, great buffet at night and in the morning for breakfast. Fantastic to be able to swim with turtles! We definitely be back!」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「The room itself was clean and spacious, however the shower was impossible to operate without getting the bathroom floor wet. The hotel only issued us with 2 toilet rolls for a 7 night stay and when we requested more as 2 rolls didn't last long with 2 people were told to wait until the next day. They did however give us a box of tissues. Towels were also something we had to request and room service was done only once during 7 nights.
