"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"Cozy room. Comfortable bed. Good AC. Hot water shower. Bidet. Close to restos & shopping. Ample parking."

"Cozy place. Water shower trickles & takes a while to get warm. Still better while than none. NEW bath towels please. Being your own hair dryer. Bed and sheets were comfortable. AC worked really well. All you can eat buffet was delicious. The best for me was the gym. Friendly staff there and with just the right equipment to work out with lots of treadmills to get your heart rate up. There’s a SPA and massage salon next to the gym. A karaoke bar with lots of large rooms to sing your heart out in the west wing. Excellent parking (timing is everything) Security in place at all times."

"Noisy, Noisy Noisy. Loud motorcycles passed by into the early morning hours and this hotel has the worst sound proofing ever. I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. No hot water in the room the first day and night. Embarrassing small plate and small variety of vegetables and fruits were offered at the breakfast buffet. Disappointing the hotel was so cheap in this regard, especially for vegetarians. The cleanliness and friendly staff of the generally very nice hotel could not make up for no hot water, skimpy breakfast items and the sound of unmuffled passing motorcycles blasting by ears till the wee hours of the morning.
