「I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. 」

「This is a good place to stay but the map on this app shows it in the wrong place. Look on Google Maps for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It's right next door. It is in Tower 1 (there is no 40). There are two swimming pools but they both close on Mondays.」

「Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable.」

「I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)」

「Bed comfort alright but the air conditioning in 2 bedrooms stops in middle of the night till we left, bathroom is leaking showers doesn’t work right, there a little ants around the table and counters」
