This place was terrible, staff was rude and unfriendly. Condescending. Room was the best part of the stay so shout out to housekeeping but other than that the water park smelled bad water looked dirty no towels available it was just bad.

Pool was freezing and hot tub was luke warm. Elevator smelled of mildew and was past its operation license and safety certificate date.. by over a month. Overall the room was clean and breakfast was okay.
