「Precisa melhorar,o hotel é simples, algo bem familiar, acredito que investir em uma cama com um pouco mais de qualidade(nao precisa ser cara) ja faria uma diferença, dormi mal, nao tinha sabonete no banheiro,apenas um lençol ,uma toalha, o quarto era casal, precisei solicitar. Nao foi servido cafe da manha. .Acredito que uma capacitaçao no serviço de hotelaria faria bem 」

「Nice but I wouldn’t call it a three star hotel. Not very hot water in the showers and you have to request hangers and iron for clothes. Breakfast is good. The restaurant basically only features local cuisine for lunch and dinner and not many other options in the neighborhood. Being next to Mangal is a plus, but not the sort of neighborhood you would walk around after dark. They did have a security guy at the door which was reassuring.」

「I was very pleased with the reception staff. They made a genuine effort to speak English, which I greatly appreciated. Their friendliness and willingness to help made my stay more enjoyable. The location is fantastic and couldn't be better .」
