"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "The location is very good and convenient to the train station- 3min walk. The view from the property is amazing. The room was very spacious and with fantastic view too. Staff is super friendly. Included dinners were excellent. Breakfasts was good enough."

"There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."
