"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

Special thanks to David at reception who helped with luggage forwarding, booking appointments and making phone calls to confirm opening hours for facilities we needed. Treat yourself and sty here!"

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."
