「Horrible and rude Indian girl at the reception」

「Walmart just next to it. Very convenient in shopping ordinary stuff!」

「We booked this hotel two months ago and when we arrived at 11 PM for our reservation that was supposed to be for the entire weekend. We were told that they canceled our reservation that morning, and it wasn’t their responsibility to tell us that it was canceled. It was Expedia’s responsibility to call us. So at 11 o’clock at night, there were no rooms available and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not nice and not helpful at all. When we had Expedia call them, they lied and said they...

「It was a great experience being at this location.. ease of access, amenities such and pool and gym was a plus for me and the overall property was a good place to walk around and enjoy outside as much as inside. I love the fact that I had a kitchen with a full size fridge with dish washer and the house cleaning services were on point.」

「實際房間跟Hotels.com房間的照片不相符。

「room is big and having all the kitchenware 」

「I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!」

「A 105 year old man with prostate issues likely has a better flow rate than the shower here. The shower curtain is torn and slides open so as to leak water from the shower. Even with the magnet, it won't stay closed. I was here 2 nights and there was no cleaning done in the room. The AC/heater is extremely loud and inefficient. It sounds like my grandfather's old jalopy. I called the front desk from the room 3x and didn't get an answer despite well over a minute of ringing each time....
