「The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. 「The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with some continental type items and some made to order items. The staff was very helpful especially when my daughter was struggling with altitude sickness and needed oxygen. They also helped us locate a doctor to checked out. 」

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful.
