"Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. "

Any time I’m planning on traveling to Cusco, Peru, this is always my first choice if availability is there. From the moment you enter the premises it feels world class. Highly recommend you give it a try if you’re thinking about it. Big plus is that you’re in walking distance to just about everything you need and want to explore in the area.
