「The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. 「I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. They gave us a room with 2 beds that were full size, and just a desk, and hard chair. They were supposed to have free breakfast. There was no food, only coffee. The room was musty smelling, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. This room cost $145」

「Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!」

「All was good」

「The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.」

「The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.」

「The Bed sucked Lumpy」

「As a hotel, I can only say that its price matches its quality—it’s fairly average.」
