Great little motel that worked out perfectly for mountain biking visit. Friendly staff. Keyless entry pad. Close to interstate and everything Idaho springs offers.

The location is perfect and the ability to roll your mountain bike into the room is a plus for MTBers. There are restaurants and quick grab stores within walking distance. The window AC units keep the rooms cool and each room has what you need.

The staff was excellent, hopeful and responsive. However, there was a pretty big gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, it’s obvious that a lot of effort is going into this property, and the manager was accommodating, responsive, and kind I think with a little more work that property could be really excellent, and it looks like that’s where they’re headed.

What an amazing find! Perfect location on the main drag. The remodel that was done on this old motor Inn is really cool! Super clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Quaint room. We were comfortable. A dresser under the tv would be nice for those staying longer than 1 night but we made do with the high shelves on the walls.

Clean and simple, exactly what I needed for a simple one night stay before biking Mt. Blue Sky. Loved the easy check in. Well equipped with fridge and coffee/tea. Lack of any table or chair made it hard to know where to have my coffee (in bed?) but that’s my only real critique. Nice to have options like this for local adventures.

Great!

Place was perfect! It had a little bit of a home feel to it. It definitely has room for improvement but considering how long it’s been there for I think they’ve done great with keeping up with them. I did notice in some of the other reviews it does show some rooms don’t have ac but ours had a window ac which worked great! 10/10 would come back to stay here!

More like glamping

Great location in the heart of Idaho Springs. The place was newly furnished, spacious room, had some nice extra touches that made it feel less hotel and more home. Be warned there is no AC! Our thermostat read 84 in the room at bed time. We had to have the windows open and curtains drawn back to let some air flow in making it very uncomfortable. Anyone could look in and see us sleeping - it made it feel more like camping. Also beware the bed - it was a memory foam type mattress which ment once you were in it was difficult to move. Besides that it was a lovely place.

Well, it looked almost nothing like the pictures I booked from, so that was pretty disappointing. I specifically booked the room because it showed no carpet, actually. Ignoring that, the room was clean, had a working mini fridge. Oh, the tv turned on but couldn't connect to its service, but I don't even watch TV really so idk why I turned it on.
