「It was cheap and the bed and linen was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and I only needed 1 night. However the room wasnt clean (dirty carpet), the shared kitchen had one spoon and felt more like a sharehouse. But the main issue was the cigarette smell in the room, seems to come from the vents and is everywhere inside, so clearly lots of smoking has occurred.」

「Great place, good location」

「So very helpful, it was my first trip having to use a wheelchair because of illness. Staff was Great 😃 The ability to get around was easy, places to eat etc and now the cronulla sharks club is open it should be even better!」

「客房整理得很乾淨。有一個戶外陽台令人覺得開心。 希望下次可以停留更長時間好好享受。」

「condition good 」

「There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?」

「very good」

「The service is bad. I ordered two bottles of water after I came back. After 30+ mins, I needed to reorder again since they had missed the first request. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned I had outstanding breakfast bills, which I was using the voucher for. Moreover, after I checked out, I still receive I had missed the checkout time.」
