"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to Coco from the bar. From the moment we met him, he made us feel at home. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. Seeing him selling coconuts while playing Dominican bachata instantly made us feel like we had a little piece of home in Ibiza. He truly knows how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and his hospitality made our vacation even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. Thank you for making our trip so special!"

"Overall the pool was lovely, gym was good, but we booked a standard room and didn't realise there was no balcony, and no rooms to upgrade to. Air-conditioning was warm and beds were not very comfortable. Fantastic location. Gave it 4 stars as we weren't in the room much but if you plan to be more based in the hotel you might want to choose a better room!"

"Brand-new hotel. Beautiful grounds and facilities. The staff in concierge could be more helpful. When I asked them For a map Of the city with top tourist attractions they told Me To look at a map on my phone. When calling the front desk sometimes it would ring 10x or more and sometimes no one would answer the phone. I know it’s a new hotel and hopefully they will work out the kinks."
