「Très bon hôtel, près de l'autoroute , propreté impeccable, parking et station essence. Le petit moins j'aurais aimé avoir un grand café au petit déjeuner. L' hôtel accepte les chiens et propose même des gamelles Deuxième fois que je fais une étape dans cet hôtel et j'en suis très satisfaite A bientôt c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai Catherine」

「Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.」

It was a bucket list item for myself. Will return. 「A beautifully reformed historic building dating back to the late 1700s. Reyes the owner has done a tasteful makeover with modern bathroom on site parking, generous kitchen amenities and a helpful and friendly welcome to her guests. Enhorabuena- congratulations Reyes. We'd love to visit if passing again and 1 hour to Bilbao port is a bonus for certain travellers.」

「The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again.」

「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」
