"We have to move rooms 3 times due to electrical/safety issues. Had an incident with the room above us running and jumping til 1am. Front desk handled it very poorly even lied to us about how it was being handled. Advertises hot tub that doesn't work. Breakfast was awful. They kept it locked up and you have to find staff to ask for stuff. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff was very kind during check-in, and we really appreciated being granted a late checkout. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. However, the morning of checkout was frustrating. Even though we were told our late checkout was updated in the system, staff attempted to open our door while we were still inside and sleeping. They even tried moving the door latch when we didn’t answer quickly enough. About 30 minutes later, they returned and banged on the door to tell us we had a late checkout — which we already knew. While the staff was generally nice, this felt very unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. Having someone try to enter the room while we were asleep was not okay. I hope communication between staff improves so this doesn’t happen to other guests."

"Fire alarm mal functioned 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. First night at 12:59AM second night at 11:50PM. Construction in main hall 2 days. Parking lot under construction resurfacing. And unavailable last day. Stayed in many Marriott in the worold and this is by far the worst. And I am sorry to have to say this."

"The staff was rude. The room was gross. There was literally sh*t in the shower. The non smoking room I was in reaked of cigarette smoke. The curtains only partially covered the window. Other guests were mostly addicts and transients. "
