「Many facilities are broken Bad service 」

「Ideal location for a visit to Juhu Beach area. Staff were fantastic, so friendly. Hotel inside was spotless. Breakfast had a good variety of food both hot and cold. Nice pool to relax away from the madness of Juhu. Nice big room with a view of the beach. Allan and Dwayne never let our glasses run dry by the pool. Airport transfer service was 1st class. All in all, probably the best hotel in the area.」

「The room was small - but adequate for my needs. If any problem arose there was a quick response by the staff - for instance initially I had trouble accessing the WiFi Internet connection, and once I had a light drop out. I very much appreciated the friendly response of the staff, and the breakfast service was excellent. 」
