「The entire property was clean and welcoming. The staff and room were great. I’ll come again!」

「Don't waste your money! The room had a dangling broken side lamp and a huge Crack in the window. The pool is nasty! I dont think they ever cleaned it, (skimmed it or vacuumed it). The sides were gross, looks like they need to bleach or scrub them! The breakfast was ok until our last morning, the stove broke down and we could only get a cold breakfast unless we wanted to go next door to their other hotel. Which EVERYONE went to! Let's not forget about the air-conditioning not working in the...

「The pool was green and I mean fungus on the bottom and sides. We asked for a refund and said we would booked another hotel yet was still charged for one night. The supervisor was never never available and Expedia said they would help us and still I did not get a full refund.」

「My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests.」

「Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.」
