「Très belle séjours dans cet hôtel, personnelle très proche de moi et ma famille pendant l'accueil du receptionist je me suis senti entouré de ma famille, l'idée d'ajouter l'option petit déjeuner c'était une très bonne idée parce qu'il y'avait de tout les couleurs à manger et à volontés, la propreté n'ont parlons pas, pour le dernier jours ils vous laisse le temps de partir sans qu'ils vous mettent la pression mieux que les autres hôtels dans la Mecque et medine qu'ils n'étaient pas à la hauteur...

「No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy」

We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent,...

「Room was clean upon check in. The food choices were very good, whether breakfast or dinner. As a gym enthusiast, the gym had great equipment to facilitate any type of workout I wanted to do and it was very well maintained.. Overall nice and quiet hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend.」
