The elevated views over Tokyo only add to the experience. What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the people. Jane at the front desk was absolutely fabulous — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect.Housekeeping maintained the room flawlessly each day, always with incredible care and precision. The bell staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. A very special thank you as well to Elaine del Rosario from in-room dining, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. No request ever felt too small or too ridiculous — every need was met with kindness, efficiency, and grace. That level of personalized service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable experience. Yet as a vegetarian, the food choices were very limited and the spa far too pricey. Nonetheless, bravo!"
