"This is the 3rd review I am making of Air Sky, and each review gets more and more critical because i submitted a letter of complaint a few days ago and they are not professional enough to even acknowledge receipt of the handwritten letter. The letter wrote itself because I was so upset with the incompetence of one of their staff. Not incompetence exactly, more like rudeness. She apologized for being so rude, but it was not a full apology. She did not acknowledge she did anything wrong. So what she was apologizing for? I don’t know. I have no idea? No, I do have an idea. And I do have a clue (one of my “friends” before he divided (he and his just “split”) had a new way of saying “I have no idea” by saying “I have zero clue”. It’s a strong way of saying “I don’t know”. Ms Sun has zero clue about true customer service. I will leave it at that. For her misdeeds (interrupting my conversation with a woman named Kaitlyn at breakfast) the hotel will face a potential lawsuit. I initially asked for 200,000 won penalty. That will no longer suffice once a lawyer is hired today. After all, lawyers need work to survive!!"

"The room in general was clean, though could have on occasion been given a deeper clean. In a couple of occasions things were missed but were rectified after being mentioned. Room AC was sometimes a bit hot and miss often waking up because it was too hot and dry Facilities were really good"

"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "

"The staff were super helpful and nice. We had a small issue with the blanket but they were able to fix it very quickly with no problem. Easy check in and if you arrive before check-in tome"

"Having free access to the sauna was a bonus, but the dining options are limited. It's a bit of a walk to local stores or restaurants nearby."

"The process of getting jnto the room and the communication wasn’t ideal . 4pm check in and then having to be out by 10am is also not great . Then you get a room that smell of mold and damp and a bed as hard as a rock . No thanks "
