We left one morning at 6 am and returned at 11 pm. I saw hair on the floor. Not very clean. Staff were not very knowledgeable. Transit by Encalm - Nap and Shower
Very late arrival staff were excellent from the porter that helped us with our luggage to the check in staff on reception. Room was immaculate so handy as inside terminal building too
