"Good offering of breakfast food items. Make sure you include breakfast when you book your stay. Room cleaning topic: It needs to be made clear that if you want your room cleaned you need to tell the front desk by 10:00AM the day you want the room cleaned. We asked the night before and the room didn't get cleaned. Also I was asked when we checked in if we wanted the room cleaned the next day, I told them yes. the next day it wasn't cleaned. Other than the room cleaning requests, I have no complaints."

"Cityhub is perfectly located, close to all the tourist sites in Reykjavik and convenient bus stops. The entire place felt very modern and clean, loved the comfy beds in the pods (more spacious than they look in photos!), and the shared washrooms were clean and had enough stalls (toilets and showers) that we never had to wait to get in. Loved the convenient lockers for luggage storage, the lounge was very cool (food, coffee, beer and liquor available for purchase, cold and hot water sink, fridge, etc.) and lovely staff. Will absolutely stay with Cityhub again, in Reykjavik or their other locations!"

"The location is very central. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. We added the breakfast to our stay and it was excellent. They have free luggage storage and were very helpful calling us a cab when needed which came almost immediatly."

Special recognition goes to Paulina at the concierge desk, whose help and guidance when we had car trouble were invaluable! Her outstanding service made a lasting impression."
