"Beautiful and clean hotel very close within walking distance of many shops, yet, not crowded at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the meals at the in hotel restaraunt were outstanding. Love the private in room onsens. "

"Room condition are new and clean. Enjoy very much inside rooms while watching tv show. Bed are a bit soft for me. Hotels are surrounding with residential area where food options are very limited. Need to walk out a little bit for more food options. Good for Starbucks lover as Starbucks are just beside hotel lobby! Good experience overall. "
