「No staff at all. Room wasn’t cleaned at all, nothing was provided.」

「Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich.」

「My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.」

「The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. 」

「It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.」

「Great place in many ways. Remodeled a few years ago. Well equipped kitchen. No fee laundry. 15 minute trolley to downtown zurich. Supermarket 2 minute walk. 15 minute walk to oerlikon train staion to airport. Elevator..」

「Very nice view, very good location」
