「All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.」

「It looked good in general, except that the hotel failed to allocate me to a higher floor (in my advanced request) a small room in the 2/F.」

「Personnel de l hotel très agréable et réactif. Nous avons changé de chambre car celle ci était très bruyante à cause d'une fenêtre cassée et de la proximité de la rue. Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... 」

「Cleanliness was fine and the cleaners are really nice. They also speak better English than most. The room is very worn. There was mold in the ceiling, the watertap was loose and we had trouble stopping the water etc. Breakfast was decent as Indonesian but really bad as American. The waitress was very nice. She even gave us an appreciated omelette. The pool looks nice. This hotel has seen better days, but it still charges as if all is fine.」

「Secara keseluruhan kamar lumayan, cuma sayang banyak semut kecil ditembok dekat ranjang, dan beberapa naik ke ranjang, sehingga gatal2 digigit semut. Lalu pas sarapan menunya tidak cocok untuk anak2 karena menunya pedas」

「Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. 」

「The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.」

「Roomwas acceptable, but the shower room was not clean and the towels need to be replaced as they are quite old. There is no lift.」

「The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately.」

「Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, die Betten sind zwar bequem aber die Laken waren verschmutzt, und die Dusche eine einzige Vollkatastrophe, die Toilette undicht das alles permanent unter Wasser stand. Aber die Lage war gut und das Mädel was uns in Empfang genommen hat total nett. Für den Preis jedoch für eine Nacht und wenn man nicht unbedingt duschen muss ist es noch okay」
