"The property is under construction which makes things difficult. Even tho the staff is doing their best to keep things clean and tidy. That is why I gave it low marks."

"First off...my reservation could not be found. They were able to find my reservation 10 minutes after I left the lobby. The bed was lopsided. Could not access all the channels. The remote worked very janky. The toilet seat was not screwed in and moved around. "

"I showed up and was told they had no rooms available. I had to then get another hotel room and they denied me a refund when they themselves overbooked their own hotel"

"Bed was comfy & room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. Staff were nice, just not as welcoming as I would’ve hoped. Breakfast wasn’t the best here, however it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, the stay went well & I would recommend."

"Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking."
