「My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. People on front desk not really friendly as being first contact with customers. People on breakfast was REALLY...

The staff is friendly and accomodating and their cheerful attitude indicates pride in their job and the hotel where they work. Any company would love to have employees like these and it also reflects well on management.」
