「Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous.」
「Both rooms had dirty/stained bedding. Front desk had bedding changed in one after we complained and had the other room changed to a different room, which also had stains on the bedding. Beds were comfortable surprisingly but the rooms were not clean. We tried to get a refund and go to a different hotel but they refused.」
