「Stayed overnight, place is beautiful but could not sleep with the AC making noises all night. It was too late to get up and move my whole family. Hotel did not let me have late check out after a bad nights sleep and they did not give me an adequate refund or discount. Very disappointed in that aspect.」

「This is favorite place to stay in Newport. We have been staying at Newport inn for the last 6 years at least twice a year. Staff is awesome and helpfull. They have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. The walk to the beach takes roughly 3 min. There is also a playground in the back if you have children.
