"Clean, comfortable room. Love the modern decor! Very comfortable bed. Loved having a microwave and fridge in my room -- very useful. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeepers did a good job. Stairwells could be cleaner (had a little trash debris). In-room AC was kind of loud and not that effective at cooling my room, but it wasn't a big problem overall."

"For the price you get (weekday pricing) this was a good motel (would not consider this a hotel). The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful and you are steps away from the beach which in itself is why I booked this place and gave my rating what it was. The cons: My sheets were not changed when they came to clean the room while I was out and there was still sand on the floor. I tried to track as little sand in from the beach as possible but expected the amount that was brought in to be swept up. I requested a broom to sweep myself. The mirror in the bathroom must have been a recent addition because it blocked the sink handle from being able to lift completely. The result was a trickle of water coming out of the sink. Enough where I could still brush my teeth, wash my hands and face however, it was quite the nuisance to not have full water pressure out the sink. The solution would require a contractor to come in so I did not bother the staff with this as they would not be able to resolve. The owners are ultimately responsible for this and should be aware."
