"Great location! Subway stops on each corner, close to attractions, shopping, and food. Rooms are SMALL! This is expected for NY and an older property however the first room they put my group of 4 travelers in was not suitable. We reserved an executive room which should have been their second largest room however it seems we were given a standard room. The bed was literally at the door with barely any room to walk. Thankfully, staff at the guest were able to help us and relocate us to the appropriate room. Did the new room smell? Yes. Was the door locking questionable? Yes. However, we made the best of our trip because we were there for a good time not a long time."

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"Serves breakfast, Clean room, nice size bathroom with a walk in shower and helpful staff. The hotel is literally a 1-2 minute walk to Time Square."

"Good hotel for one person. Room was pretty small and bathroom very small. No coffee maker or mini fridge. Hosusekeeping was very good and room was clean. Food at breakfast buffet was average. Front desk staff helpful. Good location. Close to many things to do. Good value."

"There was only one elevator working for our side of the hotel 1 to service a lot of floors wasn’t ideal "
