「The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . 「Good experiences in new york」

「Great location and very spacious room.」

「Wonderful location and great boutique hotel! Walking distance from grand central, Bryant park and 10-15min walk to other attractions (MoMA etc). Rooms are super clean - no view from the windows but not an issue given the views are just an elevator away!」

「I had such an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Lilandra was so helpful when our tv was not connecting. She came to our room right away to help us. I loved our room and how spacious it was. The hotel itself was so cozy and made you feel right at home. The location was also a plus, most of the locations we had on our itinerary was about 15-20 min walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again!!」

「櫃檯親切服務態度很好，早餐太簡單了，如果早餐豐富 跟選擇多一點會更好」

「Great big rooms with kitchens unlike the other boutique hotels. Nice. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Front desk staff have no personality at all and just sit there. No amenities in hotel as you walk out in the streets. (Most of the boutique hotels have multiple restaurants, coffee, lobby, music with vibe. Nothing here. Wheel chair accessible gate to go down 5 steps was out of service so we had to ask desk clerk to take large suitcases up/down when arriving/leaving.」

「便宜CP值高，地段好，乾淨」
