「A fantastic weekend celebrating a 30th birthday with the family. All staff so helpful, nothing was a problem from the minute we walked through the doors at reception to enjoying time in the bar restaurant and leisure facilities all staff made us very welcome. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo.
Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good.
Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated.
We hope to visit again in the future! 」

「This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). The bathroom was great too, shower a little on the less-powerful side, but I expected that seeing...

「Lovely location and hotel. Spa pretty busy so hard to use facilities or find somewhere to really relax. Restaurant is fine but vegetarian options very limited. A mini bar/fridge in room would be nice. My the time we went to have tea in the morning the milk on the countertop was warm and a bit spoilt. 」
