「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「Very impressed. Hotel room with extras! Great facilities and every thing you need. Water bottle and refill tap great idea (from someone who only drinks bottled water) Full sized fridge and cooking facilities. If I had to add any feedback it would be maybe add a unit/draws for extra clothing as we couldn’t fit all clothes on to the hangers provided.
Everything was impeccably clean. All brand new. Loved the pantry options. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Small but perfect menu for us. 10/10. Staff...

「Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. 」
