「I love this hotel! Finally a 5 star experience without the 10 star price. The room with a view did not disappoint. Beautiful, comfortable, great shower. The dinner buffet was excellent. Worth every nok and same with the breakfast buffet. Take advantage of the 'pack a lunch' offer for a few extra nok. You won't get a cheaper or better lunch anywhere. There are plenty of car chargers across the street. You can take a 15 minute walk to the train station for some classic Hell pictures. I was sad to...

I have never seen a breakfast buffet like this and the food tasted as good as it looked. There were so many options you would have to stay for weeks to try them all. It was amazing. I hope I can travel this way again. I would love to spend more time in Trondheim and would choose this hotel again. 」

「In generale tutto molto soddisfacente, la struttura molto bella e comoda in centro e sul fiume, comodissima per la fermata del bus per l’aeroporto. La colazione eccellente, anche con un reparto orientale, cibi gluten free e vegan. Camera con un king size eccezionale, e anche se la richiesta era di due letti singoli, ci hanno trasformato le lenzuola in due singole, così siamo state soddisfatte ugualmente.」

「They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.」
