Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, from the pools and beach to the restaurants and common areas. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a first-class experience, the Four Seasons Puerto Rico is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to return!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Aquatika! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as described on Hotels.com—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The five swimming pools were beautiful and constantly being cleaned by the staff. The grounds were very well maintained, security was excellent, and the controlled access made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is also a convenient kiosk on-site where you can purchase food and drinks, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we experienced was a temporary water supply interruption. However, the apartment owner had a backup water tank available for the toilets, and the Aquatika administration managed the situation very efficiently with a water rationing system, so it had very little impact on our vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Puerto Rico."
