「這是一家在王子運河旁邊的5星級酒店，我和太太在運河景觀的房間四天三夜。 環境相當靜謐，但是去倒哪也都方便。服務親切，早餐很好吃，最後我都是一個肉桂捲加上一杯紅茶，完美至極。 整體評價我會給5顆星。 唯一要注意的是床墊下方的鐵架。我們的房間是30平方米，裡面的格局讓空間變得有些曲折，所以經過床時請務必小心，很容易被下方的鐵架刮傷，這三天我刮了三道傷痕，我踏太腳上也括了一到傷，所以在離開時也告訴了櫃檯希望他們更能注意。 除此以外，我們很滿意這個酒店。」

「Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. 」

「It was excellent we just had issues with our first room as it had stairs and would be difficult for my 81y/o mother. They were able to arrange a more convenient room. Staff very friendly and efficient. It’s a very cozy and interesting hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect. 」
