「Property had reasonable price. However guest at least expecting property to be clean. There was too many spider everywhere in the property. Clear haven’t clean it properly I had to spent an hour to clean which something you do not expect in your holiday. Location was perfect. Easy parking , Just 7 min drive from Windermere. There is local shop around so easy to get stuff.」

「The property photos must have been taken a long time ago and are misleading, particularly the living sreas, which are dark and in need of an upgrade. Despite earlier negative reviews, the bathroom and showers and hot water were fine. Host did not respond to emails seeking reassurance that issues raised in other reviews had been addressed.」

「I cannot thank Craig and Del enough. Last minute booking for myself, my sister, and my dogs. Phenomenal communication and clarity of instructions, brilliant parking space and sign posting. The apartment (Wainwright) beyond exceeded my expectations! Beautifully appointed, stunningly decorated, and so incredibly thoughtfully put together. The dog welcome box was a really sweet touch. Beds are comfortable, amenities are top notch- and I genuinely could not have been more stoked with what was a home...
