「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「Delightful room in a cozy house just outside of downtown Troy. Our host John was friendly and charming, and served up some tasty French toast for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!」

The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day.
